Cellular Agriculture UK (CAUK) is hosting a webinar on Wednesday 10th Nov, 7pm, with one of the senior scientists from Hoxton Farms, who will introduce his work and will talk about his career journey into the space, followed by a Q&A about cellular agriculture and working in the field. Based in London, Hoxton Farms is cultivating a revolution. They combine cell biology and mathematical modelling to make a better kind of fat. Starting from a few cells, they grow them and "help them" produce animal fat in bioreactors. And the end product is a delicious, animal-free and sustainable ingredient that can be added to plant-based and cultivated meat products, to enhance their flavour profile!
