John Paul Update...

Dear FCFM Friends,

 

    I want to begin by expressing our sincere appreciation for all of your prayers and emotional support, during a time of great difficulty!  You are each a representative of what the true body of Christ should be!

 

    We have now gotten more specifics on exactly what happened with my wife's brother-in-law.  It is now known that John Paul suffered a massive heart attack, which was the cause of the collaps and the rest while he was playing basketball yesterday afternoon.  After being brought to the local hospital by ambulance, he was then flown to a larger hospital, which is where he is now.

 

    They have John Paul in a medically induced coma until Friday, trying to allow him to stabilize.  They will then schedule him for open heart surgery.  His blockage is 100 percent in one artery, 80 percent in another, and 50 percent in another.  He still remains in need of sincere prayers.  They will not know for some time whether he has suffered any brain damage.

 

    Thank you again for keeping my wife's family in prayers!
