List subscription information

When I joined this list, I clicked on a link in an Email on an NFB list. I
no longer have the email. Could someone please tell me how a friend of mine
can subscribe? If there's a way to subscribe via email, that would probably
be easiest. Otherwise, I'd appreciate the link to subscribe.
