Hi FARH & Greetings from Duke University!

We here at the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP) are hiring junior, senior, graduate students and full-time professionals with summers available to serve as residential staff and administrative leaders for gifted 5th-12th graders during the summer.  In our effort to hire excellent staff, I wanted to reach out to you with an opportunity for the students in your organization.

I’m hoping that you would be willing to circulate the following email to your organization (and others you know who may be interested).

This is a paid opportunity with a stipend of up to $3,000 for the summer for residential positions and up to $6,000 for our Residential Life Coordinators, and we are often able to help students meet internship requirements in the field!

Please contact me if you have any questions.  Thank you!

Kimberly Hope

Summer Employment Opportunities

Are you seeking a student affairs or higher education internship? Do you want the opportunity to grow your skills while forever impacting students' lives? Join the Duke TIP team this summer!

The Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP) offers undergraduate level coursework to highly gifted middle and high school students at our various university sites across the Southeast and beyond. A wide variety of program models allow Duke TIP to serve students across grade levels and in varying time frames throughout the year.

Duke TIP is currently seeking junior and senior student leaders, as well as graduates to serve as Residence Hall Leaders (RHLs) and Residential Counselors (RCs) for our Summer Studies and CRISIS programs during June and July 2018.

Full-Time staff or Graduate students with summers off may find the On-Site Director (OSD) or Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) positions appealing to apply for as a means to increase their professional development, program oversight and staff supervision experience.

This is a paid opportunity with a stipend of up to $3,000 for the summer for residential positions and up to $6,000 for our Residential Life Coordinators, and we are often able to help students meet internship requirements in the field!

All of our residence life positions include salary and room and board in the way of compensation, and are a wonderful opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working with dedicated students and talented professionals from across many disciplines.

Learn more and apply at www.tip.duke.edu/employment.

For questions, please contact Anna Martin, Coordinator for Residential Programs at ama...@tip.duke.edu or 919-681-6976 (office).
