Hello:
I am a new member of the group, and my name is Ibrahim Ajayi from
Nigeria. At the same time, I've just started using whatsapp on my PC,
with f123 access.
I have a question for the group. When I want to join a whatsappp
group, I am always asked to launch an application to join. I don't
understand what this means. I don't know the application being talked
about. I attempted to launch the applications I have installed on my
PC, but this didn't work.
So, please help me understand what this is, and which application I am
being asked to launch.

The links to groups joining are refering to whatsApp application it self, not to the web browser instead. Thats why, whenever u click on such link, your browser asked to open whatsApp, which, of course, not present on your system. Because you are using whatsApp via web. That is the explaination of the app opening. I don't know whether you can join a group by its invite link via web or not.

Ibrahim,  What is the actual words when you asked to launch an application, and when does this happen?  You hear of a WhatsApp group you want to join and then what do you do?

Hi good people:
I'm back again on the beat, just learning to use whatsapp. Thanks for
your assistance so far. Now, how can i delete groups from my account.
I have many unsolicited groups I'm grappling with, and I just keep
deleting their chats.
Secondly, I find it difficult sometimes getting to read messages,
particularly when they are very many. When I select a phone number,
nothing is read to me. Finally, please give me tips on how to post
messages. It can be difficult for me some times as well.
