filament diameter

Hi , 

I guess I'm not the only one who have problems with the spooling system , 

Here is my problem i can't get the spool working propoerly , filament get always out of the spool or out of the pulley.

When trying to extrude  wthithout  the spool i have a problem with filament diameter , first i have the diameter really far away from 3 mm  ( 3,25 to 3,4 )

Once the filament arrive to the pulley it has the perfect diameter of 3 mm and after that it begin to be thinner ( 2,4 when extruding about 1 meter )

are you using ABS or PLA?
