Dear Tayebeh,
Thanks for reaching out, I’ve put our team members in CC.
Your question concerns basic Matlab knowledge.
We will have an ExploreASL GUI soon!
Specific answer to your question: in the header of the ExploreASL_Master command you will find the arguments that you have to provide to this function.
They need to contain the information for ExploreASL, whereas you provide them with “var1 var2 var3” etc, this doesn’t work unless you have defined these variables.
The best is probably to simply type “ExploreASL” and you should be able to start the analysis by this.
I recommend you to download the latest version of ExploreASL (1.3.0) and make sure your DataParameterFile is accurate.
Otherwise, it shouldn’t be long until the GUI is out!
Cheers, Henk

Dear Mytsaerts,
I am using Windows 10. Also, I filled in Google form.
Sorry, but I still do not know how to fix that error? I should wait or I can find solution of my problem in the coming weekly meeting on Thursday?
Thank you.
Cheers,
Dear Tayebeh,
Thanks for reaching out, we are developing a GUI for ExploreASL that might be interesting to try out, what operating system are you using, Windows right?
Did you fill in the Google Form that Patricia created?
Best, Henk

Dear Dr. Mutsaerts,
I am facing an error during running ExploreASL for my data whereas I have not faced such an error for other data before. I am analyzing all of my data in the same way as you made a video for me. But now, I can run ExploreASL_Import, then I copied Dataparameters.JSON file in analysis folder. But when I run ExploreASL, I receive such error:
Output argument "x" (and maybe others) not assigned during call to "ExploreASL_Master".
Error in ExploreASL (line 33)
x = ExploreASL_Master(var1, var2, var3, var4, var5, var6);
I have also attached the error picture. Could you possibly do me a favor and help me to fix this error?
Thanks a lot.
Cheers,
Tayebe
