Re-running ASL-T1w registration

Hi guys, nice Christmas question for you:

Let's say you only rerun the ASL-T1w registration, then currently only the raw ASL4D.nii (and the M0.nii, if exists) will be registered.

So suddenly the different ASL images (those that are created after the registration) are not aligned anymore, which could cause confusion.

Should we solve this? Potential ways are:

1) issue a warning that files from a previous run are detected and might not be aligned anymore;

2) delete files from a previous run (but this would remove the possibility to only rerun the registration);

3) add other existing files to the OtherList and register them as well

4) if we do (3), should we issue a warning?
