Hi everyone,
I have been recently trying to run ExploreASL from Mac docker on my multiple asl data.
However, I got stucked as it says it is unable to find fsl installation, though I have it /usr/local/fsl.

It exactly shows this:
Running FSL from Matlab on Linux
Warning, FSL folder not found!
Warning: No FSL installation found, skipping FSL function

I have tried adding fsl path to startup.m as shown here, but didn't work. Is there any way to add fsl path to datapar.json instead of using bAutomaticallyDetectFSL

Thanks in advance!
Lucía

Hi Lucia,

Best to add the path to FSL to the dataPar.json - see here https://exploreasl.github.io/Documentation/1.12.0_beta/Tutorials-Processing/
best,
Jan

"RootFSLdir":"/home/XASLuser/fsl/"}}}
