Way for the Government to Raise Money

Here is how the conservatives are responsible for the debt today:
1. They increased defense spending.
2. They started ruinous wars.
3. They decreased taxes.
4. They caused massive outsourcing of overpriced contractors to do
government work.

The liberals are responsible for the debt:
1. They increased government spending.
2. They increased the dependence of the US on inefficient government
bureaucratic operations to take care of social issues instead of more
efficient faith based organizations.
3. They suppressed the economy with too high taxes.
4. They allowed entitlements and welfare too get too high suppressing
productivity.

So what can be done without raising taxes?
1. Instead of welfare, the government should employ out of work
workers and the disabled to do for profit work for the government in a
government run for profit company.
2. A progressive requirement for all making an income to purchase
government bonds. Basically the government issues IOUs instead of
increasing taxes. When the economy improves the government can repay
the bonds completely. By requiring the purchase of all government
bonds to be purchase by Americans the government can lower the
interest rate it pays on its debt and stop or at least decrease the
dependence on foreign capitol to byuy our bonds.
