[Ann Alder]

Hi everyone. I'm Ann Alder and I've joined this group hoping to share 25 years of experience of experiential learning with other practitioners.

I am the co-owner and Director of a company that specialises in the design of experiential learning activities, resources and programmes for business clients.

Our work is largely indoor based, although we do, from time to time, use outdoor challenges. We've loads of experience of facilitating experiential learning in Business Schools, Corporations, NGOs and I'd be happy to share this expereiece with other members of the group. As I specialise in trainer trianing, it's always important to know what experiential trainers need and how we can best offer support. Please let me know if I can be of any help to the group!
