The Exeter Public Library is pleased to announce its partnership with
EWG Sports 4 Kids, a group dedicated to building a high quality
running track at playing field at the EWG Jr/Sr High School. The
library will have information available about the group’s upcoming
events and also help collect orders for their SCRIP fundraising
program.
If you are not familiar with SCRIP, it is a program where you purchase
gift cards to local and national businesses, (just like all the kiosks
you see at Stop & Shop, CVS and Walmart) the SCRIP company then
donates money directly to the charity. This makes it possible to help
out a worthy cause just by shopping at stores you normally would,
without any extra money coming from your own pocket. Stop by the
library to pick up an order form. Orders are turned in on Tuesdays
and take about a week to come in. Ask us for more details. Gift
cards make great presents!!!
