Description:
The candidate would work with the project’s Retention Team to configure CRM for centralized student contact records according to existing requirements and work with Oracle developers and the users to review TDDs and test the software from unit, SIT, and UAT testing through implementation. This would include providing technical support during testing, implementation, and post implementation, and troubleshooting issues as needed. This role would also lead the Retention Team through the creation of their business processes, test plans, and project documents. The candidate must have experience with Oracle PeopleSoft CRM, higher education, software testing from unit through SIT and UAT, and working on complex, cross-functional project teams. Experience with Advising and off-shore devleopment is helpful.
