Populating data from different excel sheets using LOOKUP - can we have an automation to this

Hi All,

I work on excel sheets which are very big in size and mostly I populate the values from different excel sheets against some unique value(s).  Although I realize that VLOOKUP is a good solution, I would like to know if we have a better solution...  Could you please suggest?  Also would like to know if you have any application by which we can get this done.

If the files you work on are huge and use function like vlookup then I
would suggest use of MS Access. MS Access is a Database solution and
is a lot more efficient than Excel when it comes to huge database.
