market on excel

I need an excel file where i can watch the current market price of all
the stock of NSE -Future including index furture and the price should
be automatically update. Can any one help me on this regards.

For Futures which Website do you use .. BSEINDIA ?? Give us an example
and we can see how to get that info from the Website into Excel....
