dscom error recently occars

I noticed that a warning information appeares on my visual studio 2026 while i'm compile my Addsin recently,which is  Type library exporter encountered an error while processing 'EXDNA'. Error: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Windows.Forms, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'. and it appears both on net481 & net10 dual model.

this Addsin is old and recently I barely changed it,so I don't know why it happened suddenly.
