Meant to get this to the group.

 

Wednesday works well for me as well.

Yes it will be MUDDY but that is why we love it right? I vote we go out and at least try. Yah know it is going to be big slop at USGP this weekend and Bend will be slop with partially scattered ice followed by snowy white outs. That will all be washed down with bourbon afterwards.

So anyone in for cross practice tomorrow?

I can't get out in the evening.  It's going to be 45degrees and 50% rainy in the afternoon and I don't want to scrape mud off my shins in the bathroom at work.
 
How about a nice little road stomp at noon?  I'd like to either:
- 3x Greenhill then sprints at the crit course,
- 60 minute tempo road ride (Crow-Ericson-Gimpl)
- drill it out the canal to Fern Ridge & back (mostly grass/gravel road)

If anyone feels particularly inclined to do one of the above, please call it an join me, 12:05 at Euphoria Chocolate.  I'll be doing one of the above regardless.

Whoever can get out in the evening should do that too.  Alton Baker worked well last time. Somebody put it together!

Hey:

I would be most inclined to do the road 60 min tempo ride.

The drill the canal would require moto tyres correct? I have both options at work so am flexible.

60minute road ride it is then.  I've only got road tires w/fenders today.  We should hit the canal another day.  It's a nice ride.
