With regard to completion of construction, you may please refer to our Promoters Agreement wherein it is stated that the construction would be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement of construction i.e. December 2007.  Accordingly the apartment  would be handed over to you by the end of December 2009.

 

Please note that the plan approval is awaited and we note to send you the copy once it is received.

Hi All.,

This is Mohan Chandar, I Live and Work in Chennai, and hence look
forward to moving into Estancia when its completed. There was an email
update yesterday on the progress of Estancia and the DTCP Approval
(Finally). Besides the updates, The Signature tower of the IT SEZ seems
to be about 90% complete.

Also for Information, there also exists a small 4 Member ORKUT Community
for Estancia, where we could perhaps get to know other future
owners/residents better.

Question: Has anyone who have availed a HDFC Loan for Estancia, have any
payments from HDFC released yet to L&T-Arun Excello ?
