Got a mail from estancia regarding further Extra 100Rs/SQFt to be paid
to estancia.Did anybody have a chat with these guys?
"In the meantime, it is now brought to your notice that the plan
sanction for the project is expected during August 08 by which time
the infrastructure and amenities charges of Rs. 100/sq.ft along with
Service tax (@ 4.12%) as per Clause No. 57 of Promoters Agreement will
become payable by you and hence it is necessary to make arrangements
to remit the same to the DTCP authorities for obtaining necessary
sanction.
We shall keep you informed on the progress of approval and once again
request you to arrange for the payment as required (i.e. during
August 08 ) to speed up the sanctioning process."
By the looks of the mailstill the Project has yet to Obtain Sanction?!
