EsiObjects project setup

I've gotten the EsiObjects project mostly setup at www.assembla.com.
Take a look when you find time.

I'm off on a fishing trip for a week starting tomorrow morning. Once I
return, I will pick up where I left off with the development.

If you know anyone who would like to contribute some time to the
EsiObjects project, please have them join the group. Here are some of
the skills we need:

- C/C++ Programmer
- MUMPS Programmer with a knowledge of compilers.
- Programmers with strong OO skills to enhance EsiObjects classes.
- Documentation Writer
- Web Programmer with a knowledge of Web 2 - would an EWD developer be
asking too much :-)

I now have all the milestones in for EsiObjects V4.2. Additionally,
I've created tickets for each of the milestones. I did not make a
ticket for each specific task - just one for a large task. Please
check them out and modify accordingly.
