unable to connect to esi server

Hello,

Can I get direction to solve the following error on window 8.1 64 bit esiobjects client

connecting to esiojects vm port 9000

reads " unable to connect session esiReason: An unknown error occurred while accessing unamed file "

Update resolved issue, it was Ubuntu, have application working at this time
