E+ Kit

On the new website I see an "E+ Kit" alongside the other known models:
http://www.epluselectricbike.com/E+_Electric_Bikes.asp

Are we just talking accessories, or should I get my hopes up for a
true "kit" where we can fit the drive system to a bike of my choice
(becase the normal models don't have dual suspension), and maybe also
have more battery options (extended range)?

I would say this is good news. But is it applicable to all motors
+systems,750, 750X and 1000 W ?
