Hi.
I'm going to buy a high-end electric bike in the next six months.  I'm impressed by what I READ on your site, in "The E+ Experience" and in the comments written in by owners.  I'd like to try it myself more.
Y'all are missing a GREAT market in Central Texas.  There are more students and bicycle commuters in Austin than car commuters (or it seems that way).  The entire I-35 corridor is just loaded with colleges and universities.  And there are 'wide open spaces' in Texas...
If y'all find a rep in the Cen-Tex area (like Alien Scooters, f'rinstance), where I could test drive your bikes I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know.  BTW, my roommate is ALSO going to buy whatever I buy (isn't that about 9 grand in product?).  If WE are looking for a solution of this sort, how many hundreds and thousands of others in this area are searching for same?

Thanks,

Alien Scooters very recently became an E+ dealer. Last I was in there they had two of them in the showroom and one available for people to demo ride.

Victor -

We are talking to several dealers in Austin. We should have one very
close to you soon.

Please stay tuned for results.

Victor: You are lucky to be in Texas. Philadelphia suburbs are much
less bike friendly. In fact, SUVs will mow you down, unless you're on
one of the few sidewalks around here. And now they're even outlawing
bikes on many sidewalks. If I want to buy an E + it's a big
deal--nickel and dime-ing over a fraction of a horsepower. But...if I
want to buy an SUV or a thousand cc motorcycle, the whole transaction is
taken care of in an hour, no further trouble. We're living in a
carnival, an upside down world based entirely on oil companies' desires.
We're victims. GM and Ford deserve to go under. They could have
been making 50 mpg cars for decades. My God, if FIAT can make a 45 mpg
SUV turbo diesel, anyone can do it. What am I missing???
