This is a message from our Lodge Election's Chairman:

Hey everybody,

I'm Glenn Gilyot, your 2011 Lodge Elections Chairman. I just wanted to let you know that Fall Ordeal is coming up in less than a month and we need to get elections forms in. This is the final stretch for doing elections and sending the forms in. If you need to speak with me about doing elections and carrying them out, my phone number and email address are listed below. If you need the forms and information to carry out an election send me a email or give me a call. Also, Please make sure that you turn in all elections forms ahead of time. It is really taxing for me and the rest of the LEC to check candidates in if they are not already registered in Lodgemaster and still put them into clans for the Ordeal. If you would like to help me with carrying out the check-in process at Ordeal, you are welcome to help. Make sure you have all of your paperwork and forms turned in ahead of time. Also make sure candidates receive their candidate letter. If you would like I can see about having a pdf made so that you may pass them on to the candidates. You must let me know first. If any chapter chiefs have questions, give me a call. If you have any other questions for me, do not hesitate to ask. I will be giving a presentation on OA Troop elections at the Scoutmaster/SPL Dinner. If you would like someone to come do an election for your troop, send me a message and we will set something up for you. As always good luck and shall see you all at Fall Ordeal on November 4-6, 2011.
