Location: MN
Duration: 6+ Months

Epic Implementation experience – Must have
Doc Flowsheets
SmartForms – Have also built custom NoteWriter templates Workflow Engine Rules
Created all rules

Preference Lists Patient History – custom configuration Testing – bulk, functional, application, user acceptance Episodes (custom) Letters SmartTools – SmartText, SmartList, SmartLink, SmartPhrase SmartSets Upgrades, Patient Education MAR, facility administered medications, immunizations Security (Profiles/Roles) Provider Records Facility Structure set-up – including department records Core Measures Charging Imports/Exports Reports Data Courier General System configuration (System Definitions, Profiles, etc…)

Document current and future state workflows in Visio Perform analysis for system selection Clinical process redesign / optimization Test script development Facilitation of design session, reengineering sessions, system demos, etc…

Creation of clinician facing requirements gathering materials Creation of training materials Conduct interviews and workflow observations with key stakeholders.
