Hi Zia,

How have you defined your dashboards? And how are you wanting to make
the data available? Can the client PC not connect to your instance to
view the dashboard?

I am not sure what your question (or problem) is - could you clarify
what you are struggling with?

Dale

Hi Dale,

It is defined inside the Ensemble 2008.2.2 using class. It was not available before the client PC's i.e. was only available at server site. I have very little knowledge on CSP but i guess, through CSP i can make the dash boards stats made available to client PC. I don't know if i need to install cache , web server or any other tool/software also ??

I mean, what I need to do to tackle such scanerios please

Thanks,
Zia

Hi Zia,

You view the dashboard using a web browser on the client PC, the same way you do on your development client PC.

The client PC needs a web browser and web access, either via the internet or the intranet to the Ensemble server.

Navigate to the dashboard using whatever method you have been using, I guess it is probably via the Ensemble Management Portal (EMP) -> Dashboards -> View.

Then copy the URL, for example, http://127.0.0.1:1972/csp/ensemble/UtilEnsDashboardView.csp?$ID1=Demo.Load.Dashboard and paste it into the client PC’s web browser’s address bar to navigate to the dashboard.

You will find more information in the documentation by searching for “Viewing a Dashboard”.

Regards

Tony
