Configurable Parameters

Hello,

 

I have 7 blood machines connected with Ensemble 2008.2.2.

 

I have 6k to 7000 messages using E1394 standard every day.

 

The blood machines receive host query messages some times in busy hours. While investigation the Ensemble, I notice, some how I am not receiving or sending messages. I need to enable and disable BS, which puts the BS back to normal.

 

I need to know please if there are any configuration parameter needs to be set while if any BS at any time stuck or don't send any messages in hectic/busy hour time?

Hi Zia,

Are there any error messages or warnings in your event log to indicate
why the business service stopped processing messages? And what state did
the adapter say it was in when you restarted?

this forum is great for customers to exchange questions and opinions, but if you have an operational issue like this you should contact InterSystems support (if you haven’t done so already).
