Dear ALL ... in the BNCA Env. Planning Studio ...

As promised today .. I have uploaded one Powerpoint
presentation file showing a 'specimen' Riverfront
Development in UK - which I found very impressive -
for typical 'urban' and 'sub-urban' areas.

Although these may not be exactly appropriate or
prescribed for the 'congested' and 'non-congested'
typologies of development areas currently under
study in our Planning Studio, the visuals will surely
indicate the 'POTENTIAL' for similar Riverfront
Developments in the area under study.
