Help a Ph.D. candidate out

Dear Portland Emergent Cohort,

My name is Christopher Boerl and I am a Ph.D. candidate at the
University of London where I am examining emerging cultural and
political trends among American Christians. To assist me in this
research, I have designed an online survey using a previously
published Pew Forum survey as my control. I am sending it to you as I
hope you will all take it as your responses are invaluable to my
research. I should also note that some individuals partaking in the
emergent conversation find a few of the questions to be a bit black
and white. I have noted this and will be mentioning it in my thesis,
but unfortunatley, as I am using Pew for my control, I am rather
limited with some of the question designs.
