Emergent friend playing in Denver...

I hope everyone had a great Resurrection Sunday! Christ is risen!!

I just got a heads up from Laci Scott (if you do not know her, she is
the one who makes things happen at all things Emergent) that a friend
of hers is playing in Denver this weekend. Here is an excerpt from her:

hey, i wanted to let you know that a friend of mine (barclay martin)
from kansas city is going to be playing a couple of shows in denver
(and several in the area) over the course of the next week. barclay
plays (what is best described as) acoustic folk - he gets lots of
comparisons to james taylor. he's on the road with his friend zachary
ross from san francisco, who plays (again, descriptions are so
limiting...) acoustic soul.

having spent more than my fair share of time listening to barclay play,
i can guarantee that this is a lovely way to spend an evening. you can
listen to a few songs, as well as get complete details about the shows

I cannot make the Friday night gig because my son's birthday party
