What is Elevate?

I see that Elevate is set of library that would otherwise help
developers. Is there a document explaining what are available kind of
like start up doc or some kind (similar ajax.net)?

For a more in depth explanation of each feature, check out the
Elevate.Guide project in the Elevate source code. It's a set of tests
that are written in a style like documentation or specifications. It's
our goal that newcomers will be able to read the tests to get up and
running very quickly. Let us know if you have trouble understanding
any of the Guide tests, and we can help explain or edit the tests to
make them more readable.
