JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
CS Fund Research Assistant

The CS Fund is seeking a Research Assistant to support program staff in the areas of economic globalization and food sovereignty. This position requires a high degree of skill in research, analysis and writing. Research Assistant must work in the foundation’s office, located in rural Sonoma County, California. Information about the CS Fund’s grantmaking can be found at www.csfund.org.

Job duties include:

* Reviewing and evaluating grant proposals.
* Undertaking related research.
* Assisting with writing detailed funding recommendations, including financial analyses, for presentation to the foundation’s board of directors.

The position will commence in January 2012 and last for three months with the possibility of extension. The position is paid, but does not include benefits.
