The R1225 repeater, M1225 mobile and P1225 handheld use HVN9054, and Ver 3 and ver 4 is "out there".
Ver 4 was the last and supposedly for XP but I've run it without any problems on XP, 7 and 10 Windows 32-bit.
No version of the HVN9054 will run on 64 bit!
I help take care of a UHF analog trunking system of over 40 channels, around 20 channels use low power
R1225 repeaters. Other sites use dual low power GM300s. All work real well.
Each transmitter is followed by a Henry Electronics model C130AB02B 130w continuous duty amplifier run
at 90 or so watts. Some sites have each transmitter feeding a dual circulator followed by a pass cavity
and individual transmit antennas, other sites have transmitter combiners. All depends on the site.
The system has been TOTALLY reliable - about 15 radios and around 9-10 amplifiers in 30+ years, and
all of the amps were repairable.... swap them out, box them up, send then to Henry, get them back, bench
test them for 1 hour continuous keydown at 100w, shelve them. Done....

You should just be able to program those channels with the "shift key" method.
Hold down one of the SHIFT keys for all the numbers, but let up on the period.
So 146.28000 would look like !$^.@*)))
You have to fill all the "trailing Zeros with )
I have done this with M1225's for years.
Those won't do status tone so if you voting method requires that, you will have to use something
like the PTG-10.
Which I have also done with GM300, MAXTRAC, M1225, SM-50, SM120, etc. More

Hello Craig,
The software runs in Windows, not sure about 10, haven't tried it. But for what you are wanting to know, hold the shift key for the first three numbers, release the shit key for the "." (decimal point) and then shift for the last. Once you have your frequency in, while holding the shift key finish all the way with zeros. For example: shift 146 unshift . shift 52 0 0 0 0 0 unshift (not sure how many zeros you need, just fill it out for the rest).

Subject: [repeater-builder] M1225 VHF programming for Amateur use
We have 8 M1225 VHF radios that we would like to use for voting receivers. Is there a easy way to program them for them for the Amateur Bands.
FCC ID ABZ99FT3038. I do have a DOS computer I have been using for other Motorola radios and also CPS for the later stuff. Any help would really be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance..
