The Edgemoor Citizens Network (EC-Net) is an email list for residents of the greater Edgemoor neighborhood in Bethesda (incl. Bradley Village and parts of Bradley Hills). EC-Net is a forum to connect, exchange news, inform neighbors, and find out what's happening in our neighborhood.
