Look at Uncofirmed minutes of last meeting Item
Loan for $384,000 to be taken out for "upgrading of Wastewater
Services at the Taharoa Domain"
Loan servicing by "A general annual recurring rate of such amount each
year on the rateable value of all rateable property in the Kaipara
District as may in that year provide sufficient revenue for
the payment of annual charges in respect of the loan."
