Position: Technical Recruiter
Immediate opening for an experienced technical recruiter (Information Technology) who has worked before in hiring/recruiting and marketing IT Candidates in the US

Years of Experience: 1+ years / can be Relaxed for Go Getters
No of Positions: Multiple positions

Education: Any Degree with Good communication in English.
Location: Hyderabad, India

Compensation: As per Industry Standard.
Incentives: As per ITCS Standard considered one of the best in Indian Market

Position Details:
• Handled the Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, coordinating technical tests, & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibility till joining of candidates.).
• Regularly interacting with clients to understand their requirement
• Pre-selection functions like screening of the profiles, preparation of profile sheet of all short listed candidates.
• Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements
• Evaluating the candidates' skills and competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level, and presentation
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Executives manage client relationships
• Handling submissions from vendors and coordinating interviews with the
• Candidates
• Building relationships with tier 1 vendors and direct client
• Completing joining formalities for candidates once they get placed at a client.

Required Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills, written and oral
2. Good inter-personal skills
3. Ability to talk well over the phone
4. Ability to stay calm during challenging conversations
5. Good working knowledge of MS office products like Word and Excel
6. Ability to grasp requirements quickly
7. Ability to use search functionality on websites (job portals) in an efficient manner
8. Knowledge of common terms used in IT industry and awareness about common software and packages prevalent in the job market, from a technical recruiter's perspective
