ECKSTEIN ORCHESTRAS FIELD TRIP TO THE WWU ORCHESTRA FESTIVAL MARCH 14

Changes:

·Be at the Eckstein 30^th Ave. N.E. parking lot by 6:00 A.M (not 6:30 A.M. as previously advised) for bus loading and instructions. All buses leave at 6:30 A.M. sharp.

·Beginner Orchestra will be PERFORMING (not just observing as previously advised). See below for instructions on what to wear and bring.

Reminders to all:

·Wear your concert attire.

o Girls – All black outfits, stockings/socks, shoes

o Boys – White shirt, black bow-ties (practice your tying if not pre-tied) , black pants/socks/shoes

·Bring your instrument (don’t forget the bow) and music

·$25 for lunch/dinner (or pack you own)

·SEE YOU AT 6;00 A.M. FRIDAY
