Eckstein Orchestras / Parents Meeting March 6 at 7 P.M.

Folks:

The March 6 meeting and March 20 Winter Concert announcement below was distributed via the school wide email list.  Some of you may not have received that mailing.   Hopefully you get this one.

Both trips are a "go." 

March 7 Gresham (Mt. Hood CC Orchestra Festival) - Only Senior and Chamber.  Bus loading 6:15 a.m.  6:30 a.m. departure.

March 14  Bellingham (WWU Orchestra Festival) - All orchestras (Beginning will observe, but not perform).  Bus loading 6:30 a.m., 7:00 departure.

Permission slips were distributed to students Feb. 13. 

Chaperones: 

- Chaperones have been arranged for the March 7 Gresham trip.  They are: Lisa Ye (coordinator), Patty Sather, Tom Chiangpradit, and
Shari Kaiser.   

- Chaperones for the March 14 WWU trip are:  David Tanaka (coordinator), Lisa Ye, Tom Chiangpradit, Brian Jones, Leah Fast, Charlotte McCracken, Michael Bell, Lisa Lee, Seok Kyun Oh, Yuk Yang, and either Ann or Claude Madsen.  Emiko Tanaka is a "maybe." Forms were received today from :  Caroline Felix and Miriam Lugo-Lizardi.  The school office is reviewing to confirm current background checks are on file.  If your name is listed for WWU, please respond to this email and provide your cell phone number and email address.  .
