Love Your Body: Healthy Living at Every Size Support Group

Starts September 15 to November 10, 2010. 

Meets for 8 weeks on Wednesday nights.

From 7:30p.m.-9:00p.m. 

Topics covered include: introduction to size acceptance and the health at every size (HAES) philosophy, learning normal healthy eating, frauds and health risks to dieting, joyous fun movement for all levels, assertiveness training, self-esteem enhancement, dating and sexuality, size acceptance resources, and more!  Please pre-register by calling 815-639-0300. Cost is covered by insurance or a self-pay fee of $15.00 per class.  Open to females and males age 18 and up.
