no german characters in windows version

Hi,

the windows version doesnt support german characters like ä, ö, ü when
syncing.

If you sync tasks witch special characters from online there are
strange charakters on the windows client.
If you use special characters in the client it works. But after
syncing the online tasks have "?" instead of the special characters.
