Hello Allessandro,

On Leopard there is a problem, if you have selected to create a
Calendar for each Context, the sync won't work. If you create the
Calendars by hand in iCal it will start syncing. If you have selected
a Calendar from the drop down then it should work ok.

The next update will replace the sync system. The new version will
integrate with Leopard's new system wide ToDo. I should have it ready
by next weekend.

Thanks

Hello jab5990,

thanks...
the next update will manage a calendar at a time?
there will be the opportunity to import/manage all the calendars in a
single passage?
the "allow easytask to import todo from ical" function works in the
background or...?

TIA

Alessandro

It will be automatic. You only need to setup the preferences (sync with one calendar or multiple) and then tasks will show in iCal the moment you add them, etc.

I can't get it to sync consistently with any calendar on Leopard. Do
you have an ETA on a new version?

Thanks! It's a nice little app and I'll buy it as soon as I verify
that it syncs.

so I just downloaded the full version of Easytask and I'm having this
same problem despite creating a calendar for each context in iCal.
Any changes, suggestions or updates? I'm running Leopard.

I hope to have a release in 2 weeks or so. The new sync is almost done and I'm working right now in the task's alarms.

Check your Preferences. Are the Calendars matching the Context names exactly?

Thanks

The calendars match the context name, so that's not a problem. I'll
just wait for the new release. Will it automatically update?
