You have the best selection of recipes for the oven that I've come
across, but I didn't notice this recipe in your list. I'm making a
recipe box of recipes for my granddaughter - she got a new oven for
Christmas.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp crushed corn flakes cereal
1 tbsp soft butter or margarine
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp raspberry jam

In a bowl, mix flour, cereal, butter and sugar until crumbly. Reserve
2 tablespoons of the crumbly mixture. Press remaining mixture firmly
into pan. Spread with jam. Sprinkle reserved crumbly mixture over
jam; press gently with fingers. Bake for 18 minutes. Cool. Cut into
wedges.
