                          EZ Monkey Banana Cookies

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

     1/2                banana, mashed

     2/3           cup  oats

     1/3           cup  raisins

  4          teaspoons  vegetable oil

     1/3      teaspoon  vanilla

  1         tablespoon  flour

 

Combine all ingredients.  Drop by teaspoonfuls into a greased and floured baking pan.  Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. 

 

Makes 1 dozen cookies.
