Welcome to the East Nashville listserv!

You can receive messages via email -- in individual emails or in digest emails that combine multiple posts -- or you can read the listserv online.

The first time you post to the listserv, your message may be held for approval. This was done previously to prevent spam that would otherwise automatically post onto the list. For rare cases of auto-moderated members, I try to approve every day though there's no guarantee. So, if your message doesn't show up right away, it just means I haven't approved it yet.

This list only has a few rules:

Don't say things you wouldn't say to someone's face.
Don't handle personal disputes on the list.
Don't attack or name-call individuals.

If you notice someone stepping outside the neighborly boundaries, don't start attacking them in retaliation. Trust me, this makes it worse. Instead, please email me and I will be glad to remind them of our list guidelines.

Note: Due to the volume of requests we get, the only events, businesses or services allowed to be advertised on here are those that are either located in East Nashville or by an East Nashville resident (but not really).
