The CD with environmental protest songs is not going well. I do not know how to get songs from itunes to a CD. I don't know how much more time I can devote to it. I DO have the CD from Bold Nebraska:Stopping the Pipeline Rocks. Some of those songs are great! I love Ogallala Aquifer and This Land is Your Land! There are many more songs out there including old TV commercials. I just do not know how to save them and itunes cannot help since I have a PC and not a MAC. If you know how to do this I can get you a CD to record onto and can forward some titles.Lori

You forgot Get the Word Out ICT. If you can put us next to Sierra Club we can help with that booth if needed. Both of us are SC members.
I also just heard again from the anti-GMO group. They intend to have a booth but just today asked me to send the exhibitor application again so you don't have it yet.
I guess Earthwise Pets decided not to do it.
I'm bringing a box of large, smooth stones to hold down literature at the Veg Meetup/Animal Rights Meetup table(s).
I could bring up to a half a dozen bricks for any purpose--e.g., literature weights, tarp weights, but would like them back after the event.

Wind is ALWAYS a factor here in Kansas. I am bringing some bricks to weigh down any papers I have. I hope everyone will! If they are natives they should!

Yes wind may be factor on stage. Many exhibitors have paper flyers, handouts, info, rain not good there. As I see it this would be best for the rain barrel guy, show how well they work, then again I don't think he wants to take home full barrels.More minuscule thoughts later, after I get this truck loaded.

Sorry I have not been responding last few hrs. Have been picking up truck, banners coffee urn etc. looking at ground conditions we are likely going to move stage to concrete pad next to parking lot, closer to food trucks. Ground is to soft for stage, but not mushy under foot. We do have more rain coming this evening. I will to to accommodate if exhibitors want to move to concrete pad around pump house. I will be talking to parks dept maybe 3:30 to get their perspective. I will post after talking to parks. I have weather on my phone so if we set up and have storms develop during day I will advise all. Please step away from your rain sticks.John

When I said about John making the decision, I meant he will be getting input from everyone and he makes the phone calls (Parks dept, and such).Ellen
I talked to John yesterday, and he said he was planning to make the decision this afternoon.Ellen
