Dr Lipschutz Passes

On January 01, 2008, we lost another Eagle Mountain family member and,
yet again, we lose a piece of ourselves. Dr Robert M Lipschutz died in
Palm Springs, California. He had retired from his sucessful medical
practice some years prior. Dr Lipschutz left his position as Kaiser
Steel's company doctor, at the mine, moving to Palm Springs to start
his own medical practice in early 1960s. However, some Eagle Mountain
families made him their "family doctor."

His wife, Lucile, preceeded him in 1999. Surviving are their children:
Ricky, Jeff, Barbara and Kurt. Both Ricky and Jeff attended both the
Desert Center Elementary School (Desert Center, CA) and the Eagle
Mountain Elementary School (Eagle Mountain, CA) until their family
moved to "The Springs."

We extend our most sincere and heart felt condolences to Rick, Jeff,
Barbara and Kurt upon the loss. Many of us "Old Timers" personally
knew the good Doctor and Mrs Lipschutz and their children. We share
the pain and emptiness of the loss of Dr Robert and Mrs Lucille
Lipschutz.
