1. Neuro Interest Group

The Neuro Interest Group would like to invite you to our next meeting, during which we are hosting speakers from St. Mary's Home of Disabled Children. 

The meeting will be next Tuesday, Oct. 8th at noon in Lester Rm 104. Speakers from St. Mary's Home for Disabled Children will be visiting to talk about the facility. St. Mary’s Home is a long-term pediatric residential care facility dedicated exclusively to children with severe physical and intellectual disabilities. St. Mary's is an amazing place and there are volunteer opportunities if anyone is interested! For other clubs (Peds, Psych), we will be providing snacks (cookies).

2. PsychSIGN Conference

Dear Medical Students:

Join us for the Region 3 PsychSIGN conference on Saturday, October 12, from 8:30am - 1pm in Philadelphia! This meeting will be held in conjunction with the Institute on Psychiatric Services meeting at the Marriott Philadelphia Downtown.

Meet other students interested in psychiatry!
Learn about topics ranging from HIV and Psychiatry to ADHD!
Meet experts in the field!
Learn from residents, fellows, and attendings about what it's like to go into the field of psychiatry!
