Survey for June 13 meeting format

At last night's Task Force meeting several formats were proposed for our final meeting.  There are 4 items that we would like to cover in the June 13 agenda  Taken all together they will last 2 to 2.5 hours.  We would like your input on the start time for the meeting and the sequence of events.  The four events are:

 

1) Celebration for TF members and their family members including Indian food and cake (30-45 minutes)

2) Vote to adopt the final report (10-15 minutes)

3) Dry run of some of the WG presentations to Council (45-60 minutes)

4) Facilitated debrief of the Task Force experience (40 minutes)
