Thursday there was an all-day workshop at the CEC on Building Decarbonization. See the various slide presentations here.

I was particularly impressed by Martha Brook's presentation (lots of fascinating heat maps showing how clean/dirty the grid is at different times of the year) and also this one on the long term -- and surprisingly positive -- economic impacts of electrification.
