Dear team,

I am still working on re-writing the intro...

My family needed me this morning and now I can only start editing again after 11:30.

Here is the progress version if you have time to put in some thoughts:

Chirjiv supplied a graph instead of the table (a new version with labels on the y-axis is coming)

Dear Team,

Please keep a look out for the new and improved intro to our chapter tomorrow morning.

A major re-write is in progress (since the kids are in bed and I have more quiet time) and I keep my fingers crossed that you like it.

Chirjiv has produced a graph and is working to improve Mike's pyramid.

Since the new direction is not to put start dates spread out to 2030 - I will remove the years from the timelines at the end.
